How to Refer
Referring a service user has never been so easy! Follow our three steps process so they can start their learner journey today.
Three step referral process
- Click in the register to interest button- fill in the relevant details
- Learner attends an information session (virtual or on site session)- given programme overview
- 1-2-1 initial assessment with our expert learner co-ordinators who will discuss individual needs (eg skills gaps, access barriers, learning difficulties)

Delivery
Our programmes are delivered using a mixture virtual tutor led sessions along with face-to-face practical delivery.
- Virtual tutor led aspects - learner will require broadband, laptop/PC/tablet (if learner does not have access to any of these, they can attend a virtual classroom on our site)
- Face to face practical aspects. Learners will need to attend one of our 37 fixed sites that are located across the 10 boroughs of Greater Manchester
