If I cannot attend/need to reschedule, what do I do?

You must contact us either by email or phone number to reschedule.

I am not a UK resident yet, am I eligible for funding?

If your permit allows access to funding.

Can I do a Job Gym programme if I am doing another programme with a different provider?

No, unless you are paying in full for that programme.

I have submitted my application. What happens next?

We aim to respond within 48 hours of the enquiry. Our friendly and informative team will get in touch as soon as possible and guide learners through the application process

Do you have parking?

We have parking but spaces are limited. We recommend exploring alternative transportation options such as public transport, cycling and walking to get to our campuses.
