Maintaining safety is a core theme of all our learners, and we believe that without genuine inclusion of all individual needs, the effectiveness of safety measures is reduced.
We also ensure learners develop their understanding of mental health issues while on programme with us. We aim to create an inclusive culture where learners can be open about their mental health needs with us and with each other. We believe that reducing stigma around mental health issues and providing effective signposting to support sources, can help learners work toward equality and keep themselves and others safe.
We aim to treat all learners fairly and equally during their time with us and ensure that they know what to do if they have a complaint.
