Are your goods in clean hands?

Recently there have been several instances where LGV drivers have been told they are not allowed to use the toilet at the site of the delivery, meaning they are unable to wash their hands upon delivery. 

This has been raised by parliament and they concluded that, 'there is no public health reason to deny access to toilet facilities to freight drivers (or others) who do not have symptoms of cough or high temperature.'. 

They then went onto state the importance of everyone increasing the frequency of hand washing and that access to toilet facilities is particularly important.
