This course will help you to learn, develop and practise the skills required to gain employment or career progression in customer services. The Contact Centre Operations course gives you valuable skills that customer services employers are looking for.

You will get the chance to practice your new skills in our real working contact centre. You will have the opportunity to make live calls and record information, adding to your customer service experience.
